Dear Bay Area,
You must have known by now that Pancake Moustache is in San Francisco, CA. Gotta say, amazing food out here- great produce, tacos, and coffee. Compared to the east coast, there must be 200x the number of asian people, and subsequently, some of the best Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Korean fare in the country. You do all of that so well, but Bay Area, why is your pizza so lackluster? Take a look at some of these pictures from Manchester, CT. Please make something comparable, and I will owe you a coke.

Sugarbelle
Just spent a week on the east coast while visiting my mom for her birthday (Happy Birthday Mom!). She lives a few miles from small bakery that specializes in cupcakes. Now, you can shit on the whole cupcake fad if you’d like. You’ve probably got a point. Does the world really need a mint-mojito dessert that’s been primed to look like a cat? Probably not. But as a full-grown male with complete heterosexual tendencies, I’ve got to admit, I love them. (more…)
