Pancake Moustache is the pet blog of Dave Siegel. It’s a food blog, specifically. Of course, there are already a lot of food blogs out there already, and they all treat food and cooking differently. Some exalt food on a pedestal, others chronicle the day-to-day of life working in the restaurant industry, and even more offer crafty recipe ideas. Pancake Moustache is too lazy for that. This is a half-ass commitment with zero budget. It’s mostly about having fun and seeking out new food experiences on a shoestring budget. Lots of pictures.
Dave Siegel’s first job was in a kitchen. In fact, he continued to work in the restaurant industry until 2008, when he left to become a statistic. Now he makes web pages, but he still makes most decisions with his stomach.
